Saturday Shortcuts: What My AI Agents Do While I’m Still Sleeping

Every morning, before I open my laptop, my AI agents have already been working for hours.

04:00 Mon — Market Intelligence
Weekly agent scrapes keyword data, checks competitor activity, and queues new content opportunities into Airtable. I wake up Monday with a ranked list of what to write next — zero manual research.

06:00 — Email Checker
Gmail gets scanned, categorized, and triaged. Customer emails get a drafted reply. Partnership inquiries get flagged. Finance tasks go straight to Asana — I don’t let my AI make money decisions. All labeled. Nothing ignored.

07:00 — Daily Contribution
The post you’re reading right now. Short-form value content, published, featured image generated, SEO meta set, Asana task logged — before I’ve had coffee.

10:00 — Blog Writer
A full SEO post based on the top keyword in the Airtable queue. 2,500–3,500 words, researched, written, and published with a featured image. The kind of content agencies charge $800 for.

12:00 — Social Miner
Scans Reddit for conversations my ICP is having right now. Queues drafted replies for manual posting. Real conversations, not spam — and every reply references a real JonOps data point.

16:00 — Social Engager
Checks active threads for replies to conversations already joined. Drafts follow-ups at the right depth — never more than 3 levels, never the same thread twice within 12 hours.

18:00 — Social Posters (×2)
Blog content gets repurposed across 9 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, X, Bluesky, LinkedIn. Captions written. Images generated at the right aspect ratio per platform. Metricool scheduled.

The Real Shortcut

The shortcut isn’t the tools. It’s the structure.

Each agent does one job. One input. One output. One Airtable row logged. The whole system runs on cron — no manual triggers, no “did the agent run today?” anxiety. When it breaks, the Telegram alert tells me exactly where.
