Refund Eligibility:

  1. Consultancy Services: If you are unsatisfied with our consultancy services, please contact us within 30 days of your session. If we haven’t met the agreed deliverables or your expectations, we will refund the most recent payment after discussing your concerns and understanding where improvements can be made.
  2. Subscription Services: For our monthly subscription services (e.g., Lead Generation, Social Media Automation, Blog Article Automation), refunds are available for the most recent month if you are dissatisfied. Please contact us within 15 days of the subscription renewal for a refund.
  3. Course Purchases: If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 25% of the course content has been accessed.

Refund Process:

  • Contact Us: To initiate a refund, email us at contact@jonjones.ai with your order details and the reason for your request.
  • Review: We will review your request, and if it meets our refund policy, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Exceptions: Refunds are not available for services where all agreed deliverables have been met, digital products that have been fully accessed, or cases where dissatisfaction is due to misunderstanding or misuse of the product/service.

Additional Information:

  • Partial Refunds: If only part of a service has been delivered, we may offer a partial refund based on the value of the undelivered portion.
  • Custom Solutions: Due to the personalized nature of some of our consulting services and custom solutions, refunds may not always be possible. However, we are committed to working with you to ensure satisfaction.

  • Downloaded Digital Products (if accessed)
  • Any product/service marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase
